To follow it up with this latest news ,from my point of view shows that Somers et al were aware of this news when they signed up for the CR.
Now whether this is correct or not is irrelevant.
It is the image that is left in the market place that matters.

Somer had the information presented in the Q and A and were/are not aware of any deal specifics. They have been bullish on Norwood for quite some time and have repeatedly offer to help with a cap raise.
We view the Visa deal, while great for the brand association, to be small in relation to other pipeline opportunities.
That deal and our Oracle partnership does give impetus, however, to progressing the pipeline, due to the cachet of those brands choosing to associate themselves with Norwood.

It should!
Our strategy is fundamentally sound. And miles ahead of any other vendor that I am aware of in the OTT space. The slide from the Q and A covering “connectivity, knowledge and intelligence” is absolutely key.
Still have a lot of heavy lifting in front of us, with my team and I working hard on the opportunities before us, and we are indeed seeing steady progress on those opportunities :)
Meaningful revenue flows are not far away...
