In Summe sind es dann 864MIO Shares, bei 50€ pro User und 1,5 MIO User  ergibt sich ein PPS von 0,083€. Somit die KE mMn. schon eingepreist und durch den Launch von Android sollte die nächste Woche interessant werden.  

Und bei einem eventuellen Kursrückgang, welchen ich nicht vermute, günstig nachzukaufen.

warum sollte es? Bei Norwood steht enormer Kaufdruck dahinter. Wenn überhaupt geht es ein wenig nach unten so wie heute aber ich empfinde das nicht als nennenswert.  

druck auf dem kessel ist! allerdings find ich ne zweite kapitalerhöhung innerghalb einer woche recht fraglich....
vlt nutzt man aber auch den druck auf dem kessel aus um neues geld "nebenbei" zu generieren  

der Aktionäre war doch Teil der KE von letzter Woche, also längst bekannt und eingepreist !
Letzte Woche hat Norwood mitgeteilt, dass sie,die Konditionen extra bekanntgeben werden...und das haben sie heute mit dem Prospectus getan und sonst nix !

%100 correct people will pay for quality. I'm Irish and have lived in Australia for 8 years now. To call my family and friends back home I've had the option of Skype (tried it once and never again as i ended up calling on my mobile while looking at them on skype with the sound turned down) for a number of years. Later came Viber and again i used it one evening and never again. First i couldn't hear them. Then they couldn't hear me and finally we could hear each other but it was such poor quality i deleted the app and never bothered with another app since then. I am happy to use my normal mobile phone and pay whatever it cost to have high quality conversations. World Phone is an absolute blessing for me and people like me. I have friends who use skype, viber etc. and love it but i seriously don't have the patience for the drop outs, voice delays, cut offs, repeating yourself constantly etc. With World Phone all i need is my Irish number and my Mum can call me at local rate and vise versa with excellent quality. There are lots of people out there who will happily pay for quality. I do it now.
