Weiter geht mein Fenster nicht auf zum Rauslehnen.  

Im Caesarsreport-Link,der von thairat unter der #723 eingestellt ist, wird bemängelt, dass das von NioCorp nicht mal auf sedar gemeldet wurde. Das ist falsch!!! Auf sedar ist der Prospekt, der als Datum den 16. Dezember trägt, seit dem 22. Dezember  abrufbar.

Dass zur Errichtung der Anlage massiv Kapital gebraucht wird, ist allen, die mit dem Projekt vertraut sind, sattsam bekannt. Anfänglich war sogar mal die Rede von einem gesamten Kapitalbedarf von rund 900 Mio. Wenn das bei 400 Mio. bliebe, könnte man als Externer eher relativ entspannt schauen, wie sie das geregelt bekommen.

Im Prospekt wird auf Seite 9/10 dargelegt, dass NioCorp kurzfristig einen Finanzierungsbedarf hat. Bis Ende Juli ist geplant für operative Zwecke 4,2 Mio auszugeben.Die verfügbare Liquidität reicht noch bis max. Februar. Für die geplanten Operationen der nächsten zwölf Monate werden 4 bis 6 Mio.benötigt. Das Management geht davon aus, im Februar oder auch schon früher einen Teil dieser Summe über eine Kredit-und/oder Aktienfinanzierung zu sichern..

Es sollte sich also keiner hier wundern, wenn die nächsten vier Wochen seitens des Unternehmens eine diesbezügliche Ankündigung kommt.
 

sind nicht auf die nächsten 4 Wochen beschrängt und ich weiß, was da alles noch kommen muß, aber auf Sicht von 1-3 Jahren wird sich das lohnen! Ich habe bisher selten erlebt, das ein Explorer so ein Ding so konzentriert durchzieht!

Niocorp’s Elk Creek Project in southeastern Nebraska, whose primary product is niobium, fits the bill perfectly. Niobum is used to enhance the strength of the steel and Elk Creek is home to the highest-grade primary niobium resource in North America, one of the largest in the world, and the only such resource under development in the United States.

Elk Creek is located on private land with extensive infrastructure and has the strong support of the community and state and local government support. And you can be sure it will have the greatest champion in President Trump. The US currently imports all of its niobium, a metal so important it has been deemed critical and strategic to Western defense needs.

Elk Creek will be a 2,700 tonne-per-day producer, with a pre-tax NPV of US$3.07 billion, after-tax NPV of US$2.3 billion, and average pre-tax cash flow of US$438 million per year. Elk Creek’s initial capital cost will be in the range of US$979 million, which is the primary reason why there is such a large disconnect between the current market cap and NPV of projected cash flow. Nevertheless, 75% of Elk Creek’s niobium has already been contracted for sale, 50% to $13 billion European multinational conglomerate ThyssenKrupp, and 25% to $2.4 billion steel and metal manufacturer, Commercial Metals Company.

This means Niocorp has very bankable off-takes to secure financing come time. Furthermore, because of ThyssenKrupp’s involvement, Elk Creek Project has received, in principle, eligibility approval for a loan guarantee from the German Government’s Untied Loan Program.

Niocorp has been making incredible headway, with the feasibility study almost complete. With the Trump Engine securely behind them, we reiterate a target price of target price of C$1.95, or a 130% gain from the current price, using a blend of cash flow and multiples.

We believe Elk Creek will be fast-tracked by the new administration, and will be one of the most important projects in the United States during Trump’s tenure. The upside in this stock is incredible.

Mich interessiert jetzt eigentlich nur noch, wann denn endlich die BFS fertig ist. Da eiert Smith leider weiter rum, siehe Meldung vom 18.1. "more excited than ever....to releasing that to the public as soon as possible" und schießt weiter eigenes Geld ins Unternehmen (was ja löblich ist), das er sich allerdings zu 10% verzinsen lässt (siehe Meldung vom 20.1.).

Nochmal 2 Mio, dieses Mal zu 0,70 CAD pro Unit d.h. Aktie mit anhängendem Warrant.  

...das sollte ja nicht allzuviel sein, eigentlich war doch die Rede von mehr benötigtes Kapital, soweit ich mich erinnere? Ich denke das kann als positiv bewertet werden.
Emmisionspreis ist mit 0,49 € auf dem aktuellem Niveau des Kurses angesiedelt.  Sollte die Machbarkeitsstudie jetzt bald beendet sein, wird es wohl eine positive Entwicklung einleiten. Was denkt Ihr dazu?

Mit der heute gemeldeten Aufstockung von 2 auf 2,5 haben sie sich bislang CAD 4,5 Mio. gesichert. Ob sie es damit für die nächsten Monate gut sein lassen, weiß kein Externer.

Danke für die Klarstellung wieviel Kapitalbedarf letztendlich realisiert wurde.
Also sind das jetzt 4,5 kanadische Dollar, sprich ca. 3,195 Millionen Euro
Wenn sie mit diesem Kapital in den kommenden Monaten hinkommen, kann man damit leben, denke ich.

langsam nervt es. Das sind immer wieder nur Aussichten auf irgendwas, nichts konkretes und nichts realisiertes.  Mittlerweile ziemlich strapaziös das Ganze mit dieser Aktie...  

we are approaching the finish line for our Feasibility Study (FS).  The volume of work that remains in the FS is not trivial, to be sure, and it will take a number of weeks to complete.  But the most challenging elements of this or any mining project FS have been completed and are behind us.

Scott Honan and his team can now confidently predict that we will be able to publicly release our FS results in the second quarter of this calendar year. Thus, after more than three years of very hard work by a lot of very experienced and dedicated professionals, we can see a completed Elk Creek Project FS on the near-term horizon.

Ob das für den Markt so okay ist? Taxe mal auf Juni für die Vorlage der bankfähigen FS.

Ich habe heute in Frankfurt meine Bestand um 4100 Stück erhöht. Zuerst war die Kurssteigerung auf + 6,xx %. Da in Frankfurt kein Verkauf war steht de Kurs jetzt auf - 0,22.

Kann mir das jemand erklären ??

Hallo Böresnonkel, wenn kein weiterer Handel stattfindet wird der Geldkurs zur Kursfeststellung herangezogen. Der hat aber keine große Aussage. Ist im Moment ein marktenges Papier mit wenig Handel. Das wird sich erst wieder bei mehr Volumen (News) ändern. Bis dahin kann man in den Geldkurs reinschreiben was man will.
