Permanent TSB Group Holdings has reported a pre-tax loss of €48m for 2014, a significant improvement on the €668m loss for the previous year. When exceptional items are excluded, the bank recorded a profit of €5m for the year. Shares in PTSB were sharply higher in Dublin trade this morning. The bank - which is 99.2% state owned - also announced this morning that its restructuring plan has been approved in principle by the European authorities. Permanent TSB plans to raise €525 million from private investors to fill the capital hole identified by the European Central Bank’s stress tests last year.
As previously revealed by The Irish Times, it will use €400 million of the proceeds to repurchase the State’s contingent capital notes (CoCOs). This will be the first repayment of its €2.7 billion State bailout from 2011. It plans to complete the capital raising by the end of June, in advance of its July 26th deadline to close the €855 million capital hole identified in the ECB’s tests last year. By the time the test results were issued last October, the bank said the deficit had been closed to €125 million. It has not said how much of the bank will be sold to private investors but said the State would retain a majority shareholding after the fundraising has been completed. ich wollte mich hier registrieren um gegen die Anträge abzustimmen und Piotr Skoczylas als Vertreter einzusetzen, aber ich finde die sogenannten Investor code nicht.

Wo finde ich den bzw. wenn ich den gar nicht habe was setzt man da ein??

Inzwischen ist es sowieso zu spät.
Fast eine Woche lang habe ich über die Deutsche Bank und dann über capita.ie

Geendet hat das damit, dass mir erklärt wurde, dass sie meine Daten/Aktien nicht finden könnten. Meine Aktien befinden sich in Sammelverwahrung Lagerland Irland. Bei der DB ist angeblich niemand in der Lage, mir zu meinen Rechten zu verhelfen (Teilnahme an Hauptversammlung bzw. Besorgen von Share Investor Code ).
Fühle mich vera.....

Nicht uninteressant diese Aktie, der freefloat wird größer(>20%)und wie hoch wird der Preis der jungen Aktien werden, tippe mal auf 4 €

Ja, das Desinteresse an der Permanent ist groß, kaum Umsatz, hält mich momentan von einen Kauf ab, nur falls es unter 4 gehen sollte, dann bin ich dabei, Umsatz hin, Umsatz her
 

 

Da hält sich das Risiko  aber in Grenzen, aber 50 bis 60 % könnten schon drinnen sein  

überlege noch ein paar zu kaufen .  

Schön langsam wird die Aktie interessant ..
