IMPERUS REPORTS RECORD TWO MONTH GAMING REVENUE OF $3.9M
Imperus Technologies Corp. has filed its interim financial and operating results for the three-month quarter ended March 31, 2015, on SEDAR and on the Imperus Technologies website. First Quarter Results Include:
-- Gaming revenue of $3,896,453 (approx. $3.98M total revenue), which represents Imperus's best quarter ever -- Vast majority of revenue generated from only 2 months of operations (from Jan 30, 2015 to March 31, 2015) -- Net comprehensive loss for the quarter of $2.83M with aggregate expenses of $2.73M in interest, accretion, change in value of long term debt, amortization, depreciation and income taxes -- Ends quarter with $9.485M cash and cash equivalents

"Moving forward, financials will reflect a full three months of revenue, rather than two, and not incur the one-time charges related the DIWIP transaction.
